Step forward

A motivational workshop was conducted in Siliguri on 16th Jan 2020 for the Triumphant Ministry, Delhi comprising of pastors, leaders and youth groups. The theme for the session was coined Step forward. You are the Change. This was the first time motivational workshop was held for Triumphant Ministry, and the feedback received, post session, was very encouraging. As the group consisted of participants from pastors, leaders and youth groups, it was seen that the aspirations of each individual was different from others..
The session was designed to focus on tapping individual potential, enhance self-belief, and importance of a role-plays in a team. Through team games participants were made to think differently and learning thereof. Various real-life cases were shared so that participants would start to believe in their abilities and have never give up attitude. The Session was divided into theoretical as well practical and relevant to the group. The group activities provided group to learn and how it would help them to release their dreams.
