RUN (Reinforce, Unite, Navigate) to Lead

I had the privilege of conducting Motivational session on 20th April and 23rd April 2022 for PCI (Project Concern International) and Jeevika Team of Bihar State. Theme for the two-day session was RUN (Reinforce, Unite, Navigate) to Lead. The session was designed to focus on how to be an effective team member and to find individual potential, enhance self-belief and confidence. Session was very interactive with the participants taking part actively. Participants had the opportunity of learning thru various games. Various real-life cases were shared so that participants would start to believe in their abilities and have never give up attitude. Post session the feedback received was very encouraging.
